Why 28 Days?

When it comes to experiencing the full benefits that the breath has to offer, one of the best ways to do that is through beginning to establish a regular breath practice.

Research shows it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit, but 28 days allows for deeper integration and solidifies long-lasting change. By committing to this month-long practice, you’ll create a deeper connection and awareness of your breath, gain more control over your breath, reduce stress and feel more balanced in your daily life.

I’ll be in your pocket for the entire month, guiding you step by step.

On the 29th day I’ll open up the WhatsApp group for a Q&A, where you can ask your questions or share your experience of the journey.

On 30th day I’ll respond to all questions, in the group, so all can benefit from the shared Questions & Answers.

FAQs

  • How long are the audios? Each morning a 5-10 min guided breathing audio will be dropped into the WhatsApp group.
  • Do I have to listen to it that morning? No! Find what time of day or night works best for you to integrate a pause and breathe. You could try and habit stack it with something else you do regularly, like boiling the kettle for your morning cuppa, the start of your lunch break or before you turn the light out at night.
  • Can I listen to audios from previous days? Yes! You can go back and listen to any of the recordings from previous days.
  • How long will I have access to the audios? I will leave the WhatsApp broadcast group open 10 more days after The Habit. You will be able to access and revisit all content up until that point.
