Online Breathwork for Relaxation
Join me from the comfort of your own home for a guided breathwork session. All you need is a quiet, cozy space where you can sit or lie down and a soft focus on my voice. Together, we’ll use soothing breathing techniques to create deep relaxation, melt away tension, and help you reset for the week ahead.
- Online, Via Zoom. These are live sessions – no replay available.
Last Sunday of every month | 8pm – 9pm
In each class, I’ll guide you through calming breathwork exercises, helping you release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with a sense of calm. You can sit or lie down—whatever feels most comfortable for you—and let yourself sink into a state of peaceful relaxation.
