Meet Portia
Hello!
Life can feel overwhelming, and I know firsthand how easy it is to be pulled in multiple directions. As a mother of three, with a high-stress home life, a freelance business and personal experiences navigating complex needs like autism and OCD, I found myself reacting rather than responding. The constant juggling left me burnt out, unsure of how to reclaim my calm.
It was through breathwork that I found my way back.

As a qualified Personal Performance Coach and Certified Breathwork Instructor, I combine coaching techniques with breathwork to help guide others toward calm and balance.
My journey to Breathwork
After a successful career in PR & Marketing and 12+ years freelance working with small businesses, my own challenges pushed me to seek something more meaningful. Meditation initially piqued my interest, but it was the power of the breath that truly transformed how I handled life’s chaos.
I trained with the Breathe Instructor Training School and went on to deepen my knowledge with multiple certifications through highly respected courses. These experiences shaped how I help others today – especially people just like me, who don’t have time for deep spiritual exploration but still need effective tools to find calm in the thick of everyday responsibilities.
Why I’m Sharing Breathwork with the World
I’m passionate about bringing breathwork to the mainstream because I know firsthand how powerful this tool can be. Breathwork has the ability to transform how we manage stress, regulate our emotions and navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s helping people in their everyday lives or supporting them during more intense periods of stress, I’ve seen the difference it can make.
Through my work, I offer regular in-person and online classes, 1:1 sessions tailored to functional and therapeutic breathwork, and intimate mini-retreats. I also facilitate teen and parent sessions, offering tools for families to connect and manage anxiety, and I work with secondary schools around exam times to help students breathe through the pressure. I’ve taken breathwork into businesses to support teams during Mental Health Week and beyond, creating calm spaces within the corporate world.
I believe everyone should have access to these benefits, and I’m here to make it simple, practical and accessible to you – no matter how busy life gets.

No rules, just a daily intention to read, breathe, learn, and move -keeping me grounded, one peaceful morning at a time.
My Own Practice
I like to keep things simple! Every day, I try to make a little space for four things: Read, Breathe, Learn and Move. No strict rules, no set times – just an intention to fit them in however I can.
I like early mornings (and early nights!) so most mornings, I get downstairs before the house wakes up, enjoy a quiet breathwork practice or meditation, and then read my book with a coffee. And if the weather’s warm, I’ll take it all outside!
Even if I only manage a few minutes, these small habits keep me grounded, and they’re a gentle reminder to slow down and take care of myself each day.
I am Qualified, Accredited and Insured.
Relearn the power of your breath and find balance in every aspect of your life.
