I offer compassionate, guided breathwork that brings clarity, calm, and balance. If you’ve ever loved the peacefulness of a sound bath or the last few moments of a yoga class, my sessions will feel like home.

Each breathwork class is an opportunity to breathe, reset, and find a sense of calm that goes beyond the session itself. It’s about showing up for yourself, even when life feels overwhelming.
